All orders dispatched after full payment clearance. Every shipment is videotaped before dispatch to verify contents match the paperwork.

We comply fully with Australian AML/CTF legislation. Some orders may require AUSTRAC identity verification, which can affect lead times.

Returns Policy
When we accept returns
Incorrectly supplied or described items only.

No change-of-mind returns.

Bullion is an investment product. Please consider your order carefully before purchasing.

Notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence if your item is incorrect, damaged, or not as described.

Approved returns must be insured for full value. Pre-order dates are estimates subject to supplier lead times outside our control.

All products sold online are new items direct from the associated Mint or their approved distributor. Second-hand products are clearly listed as such.
